Pilates Reformer!
Hi All!
So one exercise that I LOVE doing is Pilates Reformer! At one point I was going to Pilates reformer six days a weeks! Reformer Pilates stretch is my absolute favorite! I did a lot of research and found out a lot of positive benefits prior to taking classes! I love the fact that it helps tone and elongated muscles so that you’re not bulky (If that makes sense) I’m a thick chick LOL so bulking up was a HUGE NO for me LOL. And besides that’s I’m not the tallest person (I’m 5’ 2”) so 10 extra pounds can make a big difference. If that is a concern for you as well then it’s worth giving Pilates Reformer a try! I honestly would recommend doing a single class drop in first to test it out and go from there. I do monthly unlimited but that’s because I enjoy it!
