Diffuser!
Hi All,
Diffusing is my go to aromatherapy! (I keep mine on my desk in my room. I’ll add a picture below! It changes colors and all!) I love the fact that there are so many different essential oils that you can use for different reasons. Lavender is my favorite! I use Eucalyptus oil when I have a stuffy nose as it helps relief congestion naturally! Sandalwood is good if you are jittery or what I call having nervous energy! If you need some energy you can add peppermint oil to the diffuser and it will help tremendously! I love fresh smells so I’m always looking for new oil mixes or just experimenting with it myself!
